Meet the Founder, Jen

I created 50 Shades of Bronze to bring a luxury, personalized spray tanning experience directly to you. Based in Hazlet and serving Monmouth County, NJ, I am a 4× Certified Professional Spray Tan Artist and Master-Certified Body Contouring Artist, with advanced training through Norvell University, Aviva Labs and XTAN Sunless. My education in custom color, precision application and body contouring allows me to tailor every service to your skin tone, desired depth and individual goals.

Every appointment begins with a personalized consultation. We’ll discuss your skin type and undertones, solution options, desired depth, rinse schedule, any special occasion you’re preparing for and any concerns you may have.

Whether you want a subtle, sun-kissed glow or a deeper, event-ready bronze, your tan should enhance you. I may have plenty of solutions, but “one size fits all” isn’t one of them.

What matters most to me—besides your satisfaction—is your comfort from the moment we meet.

Let’s be honest: getting a spray tan can be a little humbling. It requires trust—especially when you’re standing in front of someone wearing considerably less than when you arrived. My goal is to make the entire experience feel far less awkward than that sentence sounds.

You choose your level of coverage, and I’ll guide you through the process and answer any questions you have along the way. Expect professional care, a relaxed atmosphere and some laughter along the way. I want you to feel just as comfortable during your appointment as you do showing off your gorgeous tan.
